Emma and Adisyn went to Tan-Tar-A this week to compete in a FCCLA Star Event. They placed top 5 in the state for a community service project display over the Giving Tree they did in December. FCCLA is all about giving back to your community and putting families first. We are super proud of them!

Students in Mrs. Pobst's classes participated in a community service project called Kids Feeding Kids last week. Together the students made 250 servings of chicken fried rice and distributed them to our Oran families at parent teacher conferences. Programs like this are all about putting communities and families 1st!

Mrs. Pobst's Child Development Class visited the St. Francis Labor and Delivery Unit. Students had the opportunity to talk with nurses and ask questions about child birth. The most exciting part of our day was viewing/participating in a simulated childbirth. It was great hands on learning!
